About Bendix Transport

On May 1, 1902, the foundation was laid for Bendix Transport Danmark A/S, established with a clear purpose: to provide Local Global Transport.


Today, Bendix Transport is a 100% employee‑owned Danish company, following a Management Buy‑Out completed by senior management on September 30, 1994.

We operate two strong logistics centers in Denmark and employ approximately 50 highly skilled professionals:


East: Copenhagen (Head Office)

West: Fredericia



Our own well‑established freight terminals, combined with efficient distribution and collection systems, ensure reliable coverage throughout Denmark, Scandinavia, and Europe.

  • Claus Olsen

    CEO, Chairman & Partner


    Claus Olsen joined Bendix Transport in 1987 and played a key role in the management buyout of the company in 1994. He was appointed CEO in 2015 and became Chairman in 2026.

    In addition to his responsibilities at Bendix Transport, Claus serves as Chairman and CEO of Junge Spedition, in which Bendix Transport acquired a 51% ownership stake in 2026.

  • Alexander Olsen

    COO & Partner


    Alexander Olsen joined Bendix Transport in June 2025, returning to Denmark after 12 years abroad. During his international career, he held management positions across North America and Vietnam, gaining extensive leadership and Global operational experience.


    At Bendix Transport, Alexander brings a global perspective that supports the company’s continued growth and strategic development.

  • Michael Bomark

    Airfreight Manager & Partner 


    Michael Bomark joined Bendix Transport on February 1, 1994, and has more than 40 years of experience in airfreight. In addition to being a partner, he serves on the Board of Bendix Transport.

    He has extensive expertise in airfreight import and export and has spent more than 30 years traveling worldwide to visit clients and partners. Through strong relationships with key local representatives, he helps ensure that Bendix Transport delivers the best possible service and solutions for airfreight shipments.

  • Maria Junge

    Board Member & Partner


    Maria Junge has been with Junge Spedition since 1993 and has served as Director since 2013. Founded in 1976, Junge Spedition specialises in tailored logistics services, including GDP-certified pharmaceutical warehousing and the transport of radioactive materials. With Junge Spedition now part of Bendix Transport, Maria brings deep expertise in specialised and customer-focused logistics, strengthening the group's capabilities across Denmark.

  • Bente Rasmussen

    Head of Accounting & Partner


    Bente Rasmussen joined Bendix Transport in 1987 and has since led the Finance and Administration team with dedication and expertise. Over the years, she has played a central role in the company’s development and daily operations.


    In 2004, Bente became a shareholder, further strengthening her long-term commitment to the company. As Head of Accounting, she ensures financial stability and efficient administrative processes, contributing significantly to the company’s continued success.


    Bente is also the first person you will meet when visiting our reception, welcoming clients and partners with professionalism and warmth.

  • Jan Larsson

    Road Freight Manager & Partner


    Jan Larsson joined Bendix Transport in February 2011 and brings 40 years of experience in the European road freight market.


    He has worked for several well-known Danish and Italian forwarding companies and has also gained extensive experience during his 13 years as a company owner.


    Over the years, Jan has built a strong and comprehensive European network of partners, contributing significantly to Bendix Transport’s international operations.

  • Søren Stolle

    Airfreight Manager Export & Partner


    Søren Stolle joined Bendix Transport in January 2024 and brings more than 15 years of experience in air freight. In 2026, he became a partner in the company.

    He has a strong background from major Danish freight forwarding companies and specializes in export air freight – particularly within the aerospace and time-critical segments. Through strong relationships with suppliers both nationally and internationally, Søren ensures efficient, reliable, and competitive air freight solutions.

  • Marianne Asbæk Lehmann Nielsen

    Warehouse Manager & Partner


    With nearly 25 years of experience in warehouse operations, Marianne began her career with Bøje Andersen, which was acquired by Bendix Transport in 2007. Since then, she has served as Warehouse Manager at the Fredericia terminal.


    Marianne brings extensive expertise in the handling of dangerous goods, supporting Bendix Transport’s 4,000 sqm ADR-approved warehouse operations.


    She became a Partner in 2018 and places strong emphasis on being a present, engaged, and supportive leader for her team.

  • Ole Krøyer

    Member of the Board & Partner


    Ole Krøyer joined E.A. Bendix & Co A/S in 1973 as Sales Manager. As part of a restructuring in 1986, he was appointed CEO of E.A. Bendix & Co (Transport) A/S and went on to play a key role in the management buyout of the company in 1994.


    Ole served as CEO until 2015 and continued as Chairman until 2026. Today, he remains involved as a Member of the Board and Partner.

Bendix Transport’s mission is to remain majority-owned by its senior executives. Bendix Transport was established with the purpose of delivering innovative and customer-focused global logistics solutions, with the customer at the center.
