BENDIX TRANSPORT DANMARK ACQUIRES 51% OF JUNGE SPEDITION AS OF 01-03-2026
As of March 1, 2026, Bendix Transport Danmark A/S has acquired 51% of Junge Spedition ApS.
By joining forces, we strengthen our position within logistics, GDP warehousing, and transport of pharmaceuticals - while continuing to deliver strong solutions across road, air, sea, and project transport.
Together, we are ready to offer even more competitive and flexible solutions for our clients.
We look forward to this next chapter.
